Increased visitor numbers and a higher percentage of international participants were among the key achievements of this year’s Orgatec trade fair – the effects of which could were also tangible at the brühl stall: Numerous visitors made extensive enquiries into the seating furniture manufacturer’s diverse office and facility solutions.

‘We are very pleased with the approval we received and are happy to have also been able to address a particularly high number of visitors from abroad’, says brühl’s CEO Roland Meyer-Brühl in view of the impressions he and his staff gained during the show.

With their airy, diverse and versatile seating concepts, brühl are perfectly in line with the overall trend towards the overcoming of traditional design concepts for offices and facilities. The solutions offered by brühl allow for the creation of open, convertible and inviting offices and public spaces such as lobbies or waiting areas.

Modular furniture like the JO high and JO low armchairs help realise user-oriented and flexible solutions that provide both open spaces and shielded, intimate areas for conversation. The JO armchairs have been designed by brühl’s Creative Director Kati Meyer-Brühl who has also developed the design for the Orgatec stand and the les copains wickerwork chairs and loungers that were highly popular with visitors from all over the world.

On the whole, brühl was able to score with a particularly varied programme that included functional solutions for spacious as well as small-sized interiors.

Orgatec is the leading international trade fair for the modern working world. This year, the Cologne-based show has counted approx. 50,000 visitors from 120  ountries. 86 percent of the visitors evaluated the exhibition to have been ‘good’ or ‘very good’.
