Concord collection, designed by the Swedish studio Claesson Koivisto Rune, has won an award at the 2013 edition of the annual International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York.

The jury, comprising the editors of the most prestigious international magazines in trends, design, interior decorating and architecture, among which are Frame, Interior Design, Interni, Intramuros, Metropolis or Surface, have highlighted the Capdell collection as the best design in the seating category.

Both the composition of the jury and the calibre of the award winners in previous editions, lend to the prize we have been awarded today its true importance and prestige. At Capdell we feel our work and our commitment to the culture of the project have been recognized, and we want to share it with our employees, suppliers, collaborators and customers, not forgetting, of course, the designers Marten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune, since it is the work of everyone that has made it possible.

At this edition not only the Concord collection received an award, our Eco chair, designed by Carlos Tíscar, has also been distinguished by the specialist magazine Metropolis with the prize for best design, so we are doubly fortunate
